Identd for Windows 95/98/Me

Listens on port 113 for connections using the Identd protocol and processes according to RFC 1413 (an implementation for Windows 95/98/Me).

As of version 1.30, this program correctly verifies port numbers, and should only respond to queries where there is an existing connection with the client.

I originally used this program to log usernames for Squid from trusted clients. Remember that the response from an identd server cannot be trusted if you do not control that computer.

Inspired by and based on identd for Windows NT by Pål Baltzersen and Lars Erik Håland. I needed a version for Windows 95, and it grew from there.
